Odiham District Scouts Annual General Meeting

The Odiham District Scout Council Trustee Board would like to invite you to our AGM, to be held on Sunday 8 June 2025 at the Scout Den in Calthorpe Park, opposite the tennis courts at the end of Baker Way.   Please note that parking is very limited and we suggest you park by the Library / Council Offices and walk to the park. Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet GU51 4AE

The AGM will start at 3pm, so please arrive by 2.45pm.  Refreshments will be available.  We aim to keep the formalities short and then have some fun, finishing around 5pm, or until the fun stops!

 There will be:

 have-a-go air rifle shooting

mini tomahawk throwing

chariot racing

 lucky dip

Plus, the opportunity to purchase old uniform stock at reduced prices 

A small fee will be charged for target sports to cover the cost of consumables. 

Bring your families, all are welcome to come along and join in the fun.
